As a third generation waterman, Steve has spent his entire life and career working in the family crab business. Over the years the business has grown, and he’s had the opportunity to take on different roles. In 1980 after becoming the company’s president, he expertly charted further growth, including processing, manufacturing, and now franchising.

What does the initial investment cost cover?
The initial investment covers all franchise fees, equipment costs, construction and real estate costs, and training. For more details, please request our FDD.
Do I need previous experience?
Restaurant experience is preferred; however, we also offer management services outside of our franchise agreement.
Are multi-unit franchises available?
Yes! We welcome the opportunity to discuss the process for multi-unit ownership.
What are the initial fees?
The initial fees for a full service Phillips Seafood are $35,000 and $25,000 for a Phillips Seafood Express unit.
